Personal data policy
This site collects only what you type into the dataset request form, plus basic technical data needed to stop abuse. The details are stored to answer your request and follow up, shared with no one else, and deleted on request. The site uses no tracking cookies. Questions go to hello@aidataset.broker.

Who is responsible
Personal data you submit here is controlled by Lodex, which publishes AI Dataset Broker. Contact: hello@aidataset.broker.
What is collected
- Dataset request (request form): your name, work email, organisation and the details of your request (data type, languages, volume, use, licence, timeline and notes).
- With each submission: the page it was sent from, the time and your browser's user agent. To limit abuse, a salted hash of your IP address is kept for one hour; the address itself is not stored.
Nothing else is collected. The site has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising tags.
Why, and on what basis
Your details are used to answer your request and follow up on it: a step you asked for before a possible agreement, and the publisher's legitimate interest in handling enquiries. They are not used for anything else and are not sold.
Where it goes
- The site's database, hosted by Neon in the EU, where submissions are stored.
- An email notification, and a team chat message where set up, to the people who answer requests.
- Cloudflare, which serves the site and processes requests to it.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address.
How long it is kept
As long as needed to handle your request and any agreement that follows. Ask at any time and it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Email hello@aidataset.broker. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Does this site use tracking cookies?
No. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no tracking scripts.
Who receives what I send through the request form?
The people who answer dataset requests. Each submission is stored in the site's database and sent to them by email, and by team chat where that is set up.
Are my details sold or shared?
No. They are used only to answer your request and to follow up on it.
How do I have my details deleted?
Email hello@aidataset.broker from the address you used and ask for deletion. We delete the submission and confirm by email.
Is any dataset content uploaded through this site?
No. The site only collects contact and request details. Dataset files are exchanged later, under a separate agreement.
